Most people carry dysfunctional beliefs from childhood without realising it, and many don't recognise how much those beliefs are still running things. This tool helps you identify the most common dysfunctional beliefs, what kind they are, and what they actually need to shift.

Am I triggered right now, or is my reaction a natural response to this situation? Use this checklist to determine what is a trauma response, what is a normal emotional response, and what's a mix of both.
